Aster DM Healthcare Ltd's arm increases stake in Sanad Al-Rahmah Medical Care Company to 100%

Aster DM Healthcare Limited ("the Company") through its subsidiary, Dr. Moopen's Healthcare Management Services LLC, has acquired 3% stake in Sanad Al-Rahmah Medical Care Company. Pursuant to the aforementioned acquisition the shareholding of the Company has increased from 97% to 100%.

Sanad Al-Rahmah Medical Care Company was incorporated on December 25, 2011 and in the Healthcare Services, located in city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.136.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3990 in over 267 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.6 and intraday low of 134. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 543633.
