Ugro Capital Ltd board to announce Q2, H1 results on Nov 12, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ugro Capital Ltd is scheduled on 12/11/2020, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.

The board will also consider any other matter with permission of the Chairman which are incidental and ancillary to the business

The trading window which was closed from Thursday, 1st October 2020 will remain closed till Saturday, 14th November, 2020 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of aforesaid financial results.
