Sagar Cements Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results, interim dividend on Oct 21, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Ltd will be held at its Registered Office at Plot No.111, Road No.10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad-500 033 on Wednesday, the 21st October 2020 to, consider and take on record its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2020.

The Board will consider a proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The trading window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.

Shares of SAGAR CEMENTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.570.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 581.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3002 in over 491 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 581.7 and intraday low of 562.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1713692.
