Manappuram Finance Limited to issue NCDs aggregating Rs. 200 crores

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on October 10,2020, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakh Only ) each for and amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only) with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 190,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Crores Only) aggregating to Rs.200,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) on private placement route.
