CSL Finance Ltd board to consider NCD issue on Oct 13, 2020

A meeting of the board of directors of CSL Finance Ltd will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the Corporate Office of the company i.e. 716-717, 7th Floor, Tower-B, World Trade Tower, Sector-16, Noida, U.P-201301 at 04:00 P.M., to consider the proposal of issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, aggregating to Rs.10 crores on private placement basis.
