QGO Finance Ltd proposes to raise Rs. 11 crore through NCDs

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Ltd, at their meeting held today i.e. 03rd October, 2020 conducted through Audio Visual mode, have, considered, approved and took on record the offering of Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement Basis.

The company is planning to raise Rs. 11 crore through NCDs at coupon rate of 12% per annum payable Monthly.

Shares of QGO Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 920 in over 5 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.86 and intraday low of 12.54. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12069.
