Hindustan Unilever Ltd board to consider Q2, H1 results, interim dividend on Oct 20, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Unilever Ltd is scheduled on 20/10/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.

The board will also consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend, if any, has been fixed as Thursday, 29th October, 2020.
