Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd board approves record date for stock split

At the 27th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, the 29th day of September, 2020, Members of Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd have passed Resolution approving sub-division of each of the Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs.10/- each sub-divided into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.5/- each.

The Company has fixed Friday, i.e. October 16, 2020 as the Record Date, to ascertain the name of shareholders entitled for sub-division of each of the Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs.10/- each sub-divided into 2 (Two) Equity Shares having a face value of Rs.5/- each.

Shares of SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.51.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4959 in over 80 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.05 and intraday low of 51.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 256693.
