Smartchem Technologies Limited allots CCDs to IFC

The Securities Issue Committee of the wholly owned subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, i.e. Smartchem Technologies Limited, at its meeting held today has allotted 1,050 (One Thousand and Fifty) Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ("CCDs") of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 /- each, being the second tranche of such subscription, to International Finance Corporation (IFC), for an aggregate amount of Rs. 105 Crores.

Shares of DEEPAK FERTILISERS & PETROCHEMICALS CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.150.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43612 in over 1276 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154 and intraday low of 149.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6568338.
