Tejas Networks Limited board to approve Q2FY21 results on Oct 21, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors (03/2020-2021) of Tejas Networks Limited will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the company as per Indian Accounting Standard (IND-AS) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020.

The board will consider and approve the unaudited consolidated financial results of the company and its Subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standard (IND-AS) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2020.

The Company has closed the trading window for the earning release of the quarter ended September 30, 2020. Accordingly, the trading window is closed from September 15, 2020 to October 23, 2020 (inclusive of both the days).
