Vinati Organics Ltd forms new company Veeral Organics

Vinati Organics Ltd. (the "Company") has subscribed to the Memorandum & Articles of Associations to the extent of 99% of the Share Capital of Veeral Organics Private Limited ("Veeral Organics"), which has been incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 on October 5, 2020.

By virtue of the same subscription, Veeral Organics Private Limited becomes the subsidiary of the Company with effect from October 5, 2020.

Veeral Organics Private Limited ("Veeral Organics") is a Company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 on October 5, 2020 as a 99% Subsidiary of Vinati Organics Ltd. (" Vinati Organics"), Listed entity on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. & BSE Ltd. and is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Organics Fine Speciality Chemicals.

Shares of VINATI ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1291.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1330.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6091 in over 963 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1343.9 and intraday low of 1290. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7956015.
