ICRA revalidated credit rating of PNB Gilts Ltd

ICRA Limited ("ICRA") vide its letter dated October 3, 2020 (received on October 4, 2020 by PNB Gilts Ltd) has re-validated the credit rating of [ICRA] Al + (pronounced as ICRA A one plus) as assigned to Rs. 1000 crore Commercial paper ("CP") programme of the Company. The prescribed rating is valid till September 14,2021 ("Validity Period").

Shares of PNB GILTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11364 in over 95 trades.
