Hatsun Agro Product Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results, bonus issue on Oct 19, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd is scheduled on 19/10/2020, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30.09.2020.

The board will consider proposal to forfeit partly paid up Rights Equity Shares on which call money was not paid.

The board will approve issue of Bonus Shares and fix record date for determining Members eligible to vote on Bonus Issue.

The board will consider proposal to issue equity shares on private placement basis.

The board will approve appointment of independent director and to approve the re-constitution of board by re-designating the Chairman as NED only, appointing the Managing Director as Chairman and appointing the Executive Director as Managing Director.

The board will also consider and approve the notice of Postal Ballot to get shareholders nod for the above proposals.
