KDDL Limited increases stake in Ethos Ltd to 74.32%

KDDL Limited has acquired 1,38,500 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs 250 per share from the existing shareholders of Ethos Limited.

Post the above acquisition, consolidated shareholding of KDDL Limited (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary, Mahen Distribution Limited) in Ethos Limited will increase from 73.56% to 74.32%.

Shares of KDDL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.153 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16 in over 7 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 153 and intraday low of 151.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2434.
