United Spirits Ltd invests Rs. 1.95 crore in CCPS of Hip Bar Pvt Ltd

Hip Bar Private Limited has allotted 19,50,000 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rs.10/- each to United Spirits Limited on 1st October, 2020. The transaction entailing investment of INR 1.95 crore is now complete.
