L&T Technology Services Ltd board to announce Q2, H1 results and interim dividend on Oct 19, 2020

A meeting of Board of Directors of L&T Technology Services Ltd will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report thereon and to declare interim dividend, if any.

October 27, 2020 is fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled to be held on October 19, 2020.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors / Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Thursday, October 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Wednesday, October 21, 2020 (both days inclusive).
