Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd gets shareholders nod for raising authorised share capital to Rs. 400 crore

The Shareholders of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd, at the 93rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2020, have approved the resolution for increasing the Authorised Share Capital of the Bank from Rs.300,00,00,000(Rupees Three Hundred Crore only) to Rs.400,00,00,000 (Rupees Four Hundred Crore only) and consequent alteration to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Bank, subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.47. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37665 in over 164 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.6 and intraday low of 12.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 466962.
