Chalet Hotels Limited recommences Commercial Project

Chalet Hotels Limited has announced that the Projects, including the Commercial Project (office building) at Powai have been kept on hold and re-commencement would be reviewed in Q2FY20 basis demand and cashflow situation. This is to intimate that the Company has pursuant to internal evaluations and deliberations on the demand for new A-Grade office space in this micro-market, decided to re-commence works on the Commercial Project viz. construction of office building at Powai in Mumbai. The Company is in the process of issuing necessary instructions to the contractor.

Shares of Chalet Hotels Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.138.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7262 in over 386 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.5 and intraday low of 137.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1007243.
