Max Ventures Investment Holdings Private Limited, one of the promoters of Max Healthcare Institute Limited (the "Company") has completed the open market sale of 1,67,12,104 (One Crore Sixty Seven Lacs Twelve Thousand One Hundred Four) equity shares of the company on September 29, 2020, constituting 1.85% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, as a step towards achieving the minimum public shareholding requirement in the Company.

Shares of Max Healthcare Institute Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91516 and the deliverable quantity was 28576 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.80 and intraday low of Rs. 113.10.
