Pursuant to the approval of the Registrar of the Companies, Mumbai, the name of 'Gaurav Mercantiles Limited' has been changed to 'Quint Digital Media Limited'. BSE Limited has also confirmed the change in SCRIP ID and ABBREVIATED NAME of the Company for BOLT Plus SYSTEM as 'QUINT' w.e.f October 6, 2020.
