IIFL Finance Ltd allots 2250 NCDs

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Finance Ltd vide Resolution dated September 30, 2020 approved allotment of 2,250 Non-Convertible Debentures namely IIFL Finance 8% Redeemable NCD Series D9 of Face Value of INR 10 Lakhs each, for cash at par, aggregating to INR 225 Crores, on Private Placement Basis.

Shares of IIFL Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.81.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30861 in over 443 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 84 and intraday low of 78. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2495146.
