Gateway Distriparks Ltd announces change in KMP

The Board of Directors of Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) at its meeting held on 28th September 2020 has approved the reorganization of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
As a part of the reorganizing of the KMP in GDL group and to enable Mr Sachin Surendra Bhanushali, Chief Executive Officer ('CEO'), to focus on the expansion of the Rail vertical of the Company in his role as the CEO and Whole Time Director of Gateway Rail Freight Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, the Board of Directors have consented to relieve Mr Sachin Surendra Bhanushali from the position of CEO of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, CMD of the Company will take additional charge of managing day to day activities of the CFS vertical of the Company.

Shares of GATEWAY DISTRIPARKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.87.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4583 in over 241 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.9 and intraday low of 84.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 400025.
