HCL Technologies Ltd board to consider Q2, H1FY21 results and interim dividend on Oct 16, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd is scheduled to be held on October 15-16, 2020 to to consider and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020.

The board will consider the payment of 2nd Interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.

The items relating to un-audited financial results and payment of Interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on October 16, 2020.

The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be October 24, 2020, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
