SBI to consider raising of Rs. 5000 crores

A meeting of the Board of Directors of State Bank of India (SBI) is scheduled on 30/09/2020, to consider and approve the proposal for raising of Basel III compliant AT 1 bonds to the extent of Rs. 5,000 crores in INR subject to Regulatory and Govt. approvals, if any.

Shares of STATE BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.182.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 176.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3469104 in over 30787 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 182.75 and intraday low of 176.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 623204640.
