Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd receives subscription of ₹. 7500 crore from Silver Lake

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, today received the subscription amount of ₹ 7,500 Crore from SLP Rainbow Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Silver Lake). Reliance Retail Ventures Limited has allotted equity shares to SLP Rainbow Holdings Pte. Ltd. following which SLP Rainbow Holdings Pte. Ltd. holds 1.75% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2201.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2181.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 413085 in over 22864 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2212.6 and intraday low of 2168.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 904564436.
