Ugro Capital Ltd receives Corporate Agency License from IRDAI

Ugro Capital Ltd has received Corporate Agency license (Composite) from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India ("IRDA") today. Under the said license, the Company shall be entitled to tie with life and general insurance companies to distribute their insurance products in line with various directions/guidelines issued by IRDA.

Shares of Ugro Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.93.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 92.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2050 in over 31 trades.
