Palash Aggrawal joins LT Foods as Group Head HR

LT Foods today announced the appointment of Mr. Palash Aggrawal as Group Head HR.

Palash is an industry veteran with three decades of HR leadership experience across diverse industry segments. In his previous roles, Palash was instrumental in designing & implementing strategic people management initiatives across IT, ITES, FMCG & Manufacturing sectors. He also brings in a strong blend of domain knowledge & hands on experience in Business HR, OD, Change Management, Culture Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement & Talent Management.

Prior to joining LT Foods, Mr. Palash Aggrawal was heading the HR function at Grupo Bimbo (India) where he was responsible for integration of Grupo Bimbo's culture with the acquired Indian organization and implemented global people policies and practices like talent management, organisation structure and defining grades & levels, compensation & benefit policies etc. He has worked with companies like Ester Industries Ltd., NEC India, R-Systems amongst others.

Palash is a Science graduate and a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Jiwaji University.

Shares of LT FOODS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.50.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72065 in over 520 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52 and intraday low of 48. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3572278.
