A meeting of Working Committee of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Limited is scheduled for September 25, 2020 (Friday) for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to the amount of Rs. 175,00,00,000 (Rupees One hundred Seventy Five Crores) through Private Placement.
