Bajaj Finserv Limited board to announce Q2, H1 results on Oct 21, 2020

A meeting of Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Limited is scheduled on Wednesday, 21 October 2020 to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending on 30 September 2020 of the financial year 2020-21.

The Company will publish the unaudited financial results for the said quarter and half-year, immediately after the Board Meeting on 21 October 2020. i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the said quarter.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1 October 2020 to 23 October 2020 (both days inclusive), for the designated persons of the Company. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
