Aarti Drugs Ltd board fixes Oct 1, 2020 as record date for bonus issue

The board of directors of Aarti Drugs Ltd had earlier approved the recommendation of issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for 1 (One) fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, and subsequent to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot.

The board has now fixed Thursday, October 1, 2020 as the 'Record Date' to determine the eligible shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares.

Shares of AARTI DRUGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2843.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2968.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34469 in over 7755 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3010 and intraday low of 2819.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100263041.
