Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd board allots shares to Wilmar Sugar Holdings Pte Ltd

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd, through a circular resolution dated 21st September 2020, has considered and approved the allotment of 21,16,70,481 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- per share, for cash at a price of Rs. 8.74 per share aggregating to Rs. 185,00,00,004/- (Rupees One Hundred and Eighty Five Crores Four only) on preferential basis to our Promoter, Wilmar Sugar Holdings Pte Ltd.
