MRPL shareholders approve proposal to raise funds of Rs. 5000 crore

The shareholders of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) in the 324 Annual General Meeting held on 18/09/2020 approved to raise funds upto © 5,000 Crore through issue of unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) / Bonds, through a special resolution.

Shares of MANGALORE REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.29 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 108668 in over 664 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.6 and intraday low of 28.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3164021.
