United Spirits Ltd announces resignation of CFO

As part of the career progression, Mr. Sanjeev Churiwala, Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company will transition into the role of Regional Finance Director - APAC within Diageo group effective 1st October 2020. Consequently, Mr. Sanjeev Churiwala has submitted his resignation as Director, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company effective end of day 30th September 2020. The Board of Directors at its meeting held today has accepted his resignation from the aforesaid positions.

Shares of UNITED SPIRITS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.551.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 547.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89285 in over 2900 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 561.4 and intraday low of 547.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49451251.
