Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd receives approval for setting up of InvIT

The Ministry of Power has conveyed that the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has given approval to undertake monetization of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd's (POWERGRID) Tariff based Competitive Bidding assets held in Special Purpose Vehicle(s), through Infrastructure Investment Trust.

Shares of POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.172.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96761 in over 1167 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 174.8 and intraday low of 170.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16644891.
