VM7 Expressway Private Limited executes concession agreement with NHAI

VM7 Expressway Private Limited - Wholly-owned Subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has now executed Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project of Eight lane access controlled Expressway from Km 190.000 to Km 217.500 of Vadodara Mumbai Expressway (Gandeva to Ena Section) in the State of Gujarat under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase I - Package VII).

Shares of IRB INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.121 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 247691 in over 1265 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 122.9 and intraday low of 119.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29917242.
