Infosys Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results on Oct 13-14, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Infosys Ltd will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 13 and 14, 2020 to approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020.

The board will approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020.

The board will approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2020 and consider declaration of interim dividend, if any.

The financial results and proposal for interim dividend, if any, will be presented to the Board of Directors on October 14, 2020 for their approval.

Shares of INFOSYS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.981.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 977.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 232236 in over 6972 trades.
