BCC Fuba India Limited disposes Transformer Division

The Board of Directors of B C C Fuba India Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 11th September, 2020 at the corporate office of the Company located at E 6, First Floor, Connaught Circus, New Delhi - 110001 took note of sale and disposal of Transformer Division of the Company's business together with all assets and liabilities including the fixed assets such as land, Building, Plant & Machinery & other assets of the Transformer division. The sale or disposal of Transformer Division of the Company's business has been done with the approval of Shareholders in the 33rd Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2018-19.
