Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd Board to consider Rights Issue of equity shares

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd will be held on September 15, 2020, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
