Force Motors Ltd reports 29.53% YoY drop in August 2020 sales

Force Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for the month of August 2020. The company has sold 1389 units in August 2020 as compared to 1971 units in August 2019, a drop of 29.53% year-on-year.

The company has produced 808 units of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV) & Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) during August 2020 as against 1505 units in August 2019. The company has produced 624 units of Utility Vehicles (UV), Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) & Tractors in August 2020 as compared to 866 in August 2019.

The company has sold 667 units of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV) & Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) in the domestic market during August 2020 as against 1159 units in August 2019. The company has reported sales of 566 units of Utility Vehicles (UV), Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) & Tractors in the domestic market during August 2020 as compared to 771 units in August 2019.

The company announced exports of 131 units of Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV) & Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) during August 2020 as against 35 units in August 2019. The company has sold 25 units of Utility Vehicles (UV), Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) & Tractors through exports during August 2020 as compared to 6 units in August 2019.

Shares of FORCE MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1085.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1096.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6406 in over 947 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1115.95 and intraday low of 1075.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7043955.
