Gabriel India Limited announces record date for interim dividend

Gabriel India Ltd has informed that October 27, 2006 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determination of the shareholders eligible for Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on October 17,2006. Further, dividend warrants for interim dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on October 17,2006 will be paid on and from November 14, 2006.
