"Wockhardt Ltd consolidated revenue from operations for Q1FY21 stood at ₹652 crores, down by 24.4% YoY from ₹863 crores in Q1FY20. Revenue from India Business is down by 52.5% to ₹116 crores in Q1FY21 and revenue from USA business is down by 38.7% to ₹114 crores in Q1FY21. Company reported negative EBITDA for the quarter at ₹49 crores as against positive EBITDA of 56 crores in Q1FY20.Profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹760 Crore as compared to loss of ₹45 Crore in Q1FY20. Company has sold its domestic business to Dr.Reddy's laboratories for ₹1483 crores and reported exceptional profit of ₹1328 crores.Overall the company posted a weak set of numbers for the quarter."
