Starteck Finance Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Starteck Finance Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. August 29, 2020 recommended final dividend of 2.5% i.e. Re. 0.25/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each held by the person / entities other than Promoter / Promoter Group for the year ended March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Starteck Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.51.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10485 in over 735 trades.
