The Board of Directors of Vivo Bio Tech Ltd has decided to Issue upto 18,00,000 Equity Share Warrants ("Share Warrants"), on a Preferential Basis to promoter group, at a price of Rs.45/- per Equity Share warrant (Including a premium of Rs.35/- per Equity Share warrant) as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
