Indo Amines Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Indo Amines Ltd at their meeting held on 28th August, 2020 has approved the recommendation of payment of final dividend of Rs. 1.00/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 27th AGM.
