Cantabil Retail Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Cantabil Retail Ltd at its meeting held on August 28, 2020, has declared dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One only) per share i.e @10% on equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid up, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
