Brigade Enterprises Ltd allots 20 lakh shares

The Committee of Directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd in its meeting held today allotted 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 169.33/- per share aggregating to Rs. 35,86,66,667/- on exercise of the option of partial conversion of Convertible Warrants issued on a preferential basis to M/s Mysore Holdings Private Limited, Promoter Group Company.

Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs. 204,38,03,170 to 206,38,03,170/- comprising of 20,63,80,317 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.171.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 169.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14131 in over 324 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 174.8 and intraday low of 170.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2438799.
