The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2020, has recommended Dividend @5% i.e. Re.0.50 per equity share on total paid-up capital of Rs. 2,16,15,000/- (Rupees Two crore sixteen lakh fifteen thousand only) divided into 21,61,500 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.
