8K MILES SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD announces change of CEO

Mr. Suresh Venkatachari (DIN:00365522), being a non-resident and by considering the current pandemic situation and his inability to travel to India and to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of 8K MILES SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD has proposed to re-designate Mr. Suresh Venkatachari as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, subject to the approval of the Board at the ensuing Board meeting to be held on 31st August, 2020.

The company has also appointed Mr. S Ravichandran (DIN: 02831039), a resident Indian as the Whole Time Director of the Company who is handling the day to day Indian operations.
