Shangar Decor Ltd Board declares interim dividend & bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Shangar Decor Ltd at its meeting held on August 22, 2020, have considered, approved and recommended Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.10 paisa per share.

The board also approved issuances of fully paid up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (one) fully paid up bonus share for 1 (one) fully paid up equity share of the Company, out of free reserves of the Company. The Company will intimate the "Record Date" for determining eligible shareholders entitled to receive Bonus Shares in due course.
