Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd at their meeting held on August 20, 2020, have recommended the Dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share of Rs. 1/- each (i.e. @ 25%) for the Financial Year 2019-20, subject to the approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
